What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. If you would like to, there is an option to resell your garments inside the Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook group.

The only exception for returns is if there is a flaw that you notice and your garment has not been washed yet. Please email hello@arrowsandrubies.com with photos so that we can resolve your issue.

Can I see your size chart?

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately due to volume of orders, we cannot accommodate changes in shipping addresses. 

Can I change my size?

All orders are made to order and are cut specific to what you have ordered. We are a small shop and rarely have extra fabric to accommodate size changes.

Can I apply a rep code after an order?

No. Please have your rep code already copied so you can insert it quickly. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times varies depending on preorder, please see the listing you have purchased to see your specific shipping time.

Ready to ship items ship within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, rates vary. If by some chance, I cannot ship to you, I will refund your package and notify you.

 

Can I combine shipping?

In order to process orders faster we will no longer combine shipping.

Shipping is based on the weight of your package not just a flat rate whenever you place an order.
